Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We search high and low for the best #VettedVintage inventory out there. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, no returns nor exchanges are accepted. Therefore, we highly recommend following the measurements and comparing them to your own!

Sizing & Fit

I have a question about the fit of a certain piece.

Please refer to the detailed measurements in the product description and compare these to your own measurements. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out to hayden@uppereastvintage.nyc and we'd be happy to help.

Gifting

I purchased a digital gift card; how will I receive it?

All Upper East Vintage gift cards are electronic. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your gift card details.

I am ordering something as a gift – is there any way to not include the price in the package?

Yes! Just specify that the purchase is a gift, and you would like the price removed, and we'll take care of that for you.

Payment

I entered my billing information at checkout but have not received
an order confirmation. Did my order go through?

If you did not recieve an order confirmation via email, then your order did not successfully go through. If this happens, it is most likely due to an error in billing information, or the checkout page was closed before the order confirmation popped up.

If you are also seeing a pending charge on your payment method, it may take up to 5 days for the charge to be removed from your account.

If the problem persists after verifying that you billing information was entered correctly, please contact worth@uppereastvintage.nyc.

Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally, however we are happy to work on a case-by-case basis.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

For all orders, we ship through UPS. Depending on your location in proximity to New York City, you can expect your order in 2-7 business days.

What if my order has been marked as delivered but I have not received it?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the delivery location: Sometimes packages are left in secure areas such as a porch or garage.
  2. Verify the shipping address: Confirm hat the shipping address provided is correct.
  3. Look for a notice in attempted delivery: Check if there is a notice from the carrier about an attempted delivery or instructions on how to retrieve your package.
  4. Wait 24 hours: Occasionally, packages might be marked as delivered up to 24 hours before they actually arrive.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact worth@uppereastvintage.nyc with your order number. We will investigate the issues and assist you in locating your order.
